01What I do

I grew up in Android — twelve years from Java/Android developer to Principal Mobile Engineer, then Engineering Lead, now Head of Engineering. The through-line: systems where failure is expensive — real-money betting at 1M+ users, clinical diagnostics under regulatory scrutiny, banking with hard security requirements.

At CodeTribe I own engineering across the portfolio: architecture, technical roadmaps, delivery, and the people doing it — hiring, mentoring, and keeping quality honest through code review. My current obsession is AI-augmented engineering: agents with persistent memory, knowledge systems on open protocols (MCP), and automation that quietly does the boring parts.

  Modules for an enterprise banking app for high-net-worth clients — strict encryption and authentication requirements, delivered alongside global teams.
• Annanowlogistics · team lead
  Led the mobile team and owned architecture for a Swiss delivery platform's three apps (shop, courier, tracker) — integrations with Migros, Coop, IKEA, DPD, SwissPost.
• GoPortierhospitality · platform
  Hotel guest-engagement platform — launcher, chat and dialer apps on managed devices (Samsung Knox), from architecture through Play Store deployment and years of operation.

04The lab

Off the clock I run a small self-hosted universe from a Mac Mini: an always-on AI agent, a personal knowledge vault in plain markdown served over MCP, private mesh networking, and the page you're reading — private by default, published per-service. Zero lock-in: plain files, open protocols, git underneath.
